This amazing recipe comes from the wonderful website Little Bits Of,
go show her site some love, I know I just LOVE this amazing bread recipe!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add in mashed up brown bananas. Alternate dry ingredients with milk, once everything is mixed pour into 3 greased 8 inch loaf pans. Microwave the half cup of butter for the crumb topping, add in flour, sugar and cinnamon, use a fork or spoon to mix together. If you can't get it crumbly enough, you can always use your hand to mix it up! Top the 3 loafs as evenly as possible.
Pop in the oven for about 50 minutes, till a knife poked in the middle comes out clean. Once you pull them out of the oven, you can wait a few minutes then pop them out of the pans and let them cool on a cooling rack. Dust the tops with powdered sugar, maybe a few extra dusts to make it even yummier! Enjoy!
Seriously though! This is the most AMAZING banana bread recipe, I've made it dozens of times and everyone I've given it too says it's the best they've ever tasted! Now go get some bananas, let them brown and make some tasty bread for you and some to share! Your friends and or family will thank you!
